When I need to have a conversation on a tough subject because someone has done something really wrong it's very difficult. The people closest to me should be the people that would be the easiest to talk to. But that isn't always true for me. I will avoid talking about a sensitive topic to try and avoid offending them. Some people are just not receptive to the idea that they might be in the wrong. This just leads to unresolved issues. If this person is a person I barely know I don't hold back. I'll tell them that they said or did something wrong.
What are your thoughts?
Have you ever noticed that so many people on Social Media introduce themselves as "Hi, It's Madison" I usually use "it's" when I'm talking about a car or a tree or some inanimate object. When I'm talking about people I use him, her, they.
Why do people say that when they are talking about themselves - I would think the better thing to say would be - "Hi, I'm Madison." or maybe "Hi, Madison here."
